Absolute scam app that uses deceptive advertising to trick users into hidden subscriptions. They promise a cheap style quiz or service but secretly auto-charge large recurring fees. The app itself is completely useless and offers zero real value for the price charged. Customer support refuses to refund unauthorized charges, making cancellation nearly impossible. Do not waste your money—avoid Lumi at all costs and block your cards immediately!

Warning: Please do not recharge or subscribe to this app. Based on my experience, it appears to be misleading and offers very little real value. Its primary purpose seems to be collecting money from users rather than providing useful services.
